She has completed certifications and seminars in a variety of approaches including Active Release Technique, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, functional movement assessments, and joint manipulations.
She is dedicated to providing patients with an integrative approach to health care. She focuses on addressing the body's dysfunction through muscular imbalances, joint dysfunction, and faulty movement patterns. She will look at the whole body, for examples in lower back pain many times there is lack of movement in the upper back with hyper mobile knees and lack of movement in the feet.
Dr. Burke tailors all treatment plans specific to each patient's individual needs and goals, from running faster and improving performance in Crossfit, to maintaining strength and agility after injuries and through the golden years to helping prepare for childbirth.
Her passion for health care began with her own personal experience as a chiropractic patient. She had horrible migraines that nothing would fix in her teenage years.
